With the currrent difficulties experienced by the Canadian Cattle Industry we have formed an association to address those
difficulties and to market the Canadian beef products as a safe and reliable food source.
This site will present our organization's cause or ideas to the world. As communicating isn't always easy, we'll try
to include photos and images that convey our message. We are however currently experiencing some difficulties due to the fast
expansion and current need to address certain issues. We will however be able to provide a substantial amount of information
in short order.
We had provided R-CALF an opportunity, until April 1, 2005 to address the situation caused by their
injunction that saw the closing of the border on March 7, 2005. We advised them following that date we were prepared
to proceed with legal action against them. Currently we are preparing the legal actions and necessary documents to file in
Federal Court in Montana. This will be a class action suit and only those who have "signed on" will be afforded the opportunity
to obtain some of the proceeds in this action. Any party who signs on by providing a cheque to the amount of $20.00 upon receiving
their receipt when the money is placed in the trust fund will be recognized as a participant. Please pay only by cheque to
assure tracebility and your involvement. We also request that you join to provide a strong voice for the opening
of that border.
